The Philmac Australian Customer Contact Centre are focussed on delivering the highest levels of customer service, by ensuring orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner and facilitating distribution around the country to valued customers.

The Contact Centre service staff undertake ongoing industry and product training to deliver the highest levels of call quality.

Contact Centre manager, Amelia Zander, and Team Leader, Kym Cook, have also been recognised at the 2012 SA ATA Awards with Awards for their roles in the Philmac team.
